2. Order Placement & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are considered offers to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
Giftbox Wale may cancel or refuse an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, or violations of these Terms.
Order confirmations are sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp once payment is received and processing begins.

3. Customized & Personalized Products

All products sold by Giftbox Wale are customized as per customer input (photos, text, artwork, etc.).
The customer is responsible for uploading accurate, lawful, and high-quality content. Giftbox Wale is not liable for errors, low-quality images, or incorrect text submitted by customers.
Minor variations in print, size, brightness, or color are considered normal and are not grounds for refunds or returns.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed, as production starts immediately.

4. Pricing & Payments

All product prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable.
Shipping charges (if any) are shown separately at checkout before final payment.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order through secure payment gateways.
We reserve the right to change prices, offers, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 5–12 business days depending on the destination.
Delivery timelines are estimates only; Giftbox Wale is not liable for courier delays beyond our control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and active contact number.
In cases of missed/failed deliveries due to incorrect details or unavailability, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Since all products are made-to-order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect product received.
Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear package-opening video and supporting photos.
Claims are subject to review and approval by our Quality Assurance Team.
