At Giftbox Wale, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all your customized gift orders. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Since our products are customized and made-to-order, additional production time may apply depending on the complexity of customization.
  • Customers will be notified if there is any unusual delay in processing.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery timelines are typically 5–8 business days for metro cities and 7–12 business days for other locations within India.
  • Delivery times may vary based on:
    • Shipping address location,
    • Courier service availability,
    • Seasonal spikes (festivals, holidays, etc.).
  • While we process and dispatch orders promptly, Giftbox Wale cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as they are dependent on third-party courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at the time of checkout before final payment.
  • In some cases, free shipping offers may be provided as part of promotional campaigns.
  • Delivery attempts not completed due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or unavailability of the customer may incur reshipping charges, which must be borne by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking ID along with courier details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Customers can track their shipment directly using the courier partner’s website or tracking link provided.

5. Shipping Locations

  • We currently deliver to most pin codes across India serviced by our trusted courier partners.
  • International shipping is not available at this stage.

6. Delivery Delays

  • External factors such as weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or courier delays are beyond our control and may impact delivery timelines.
  • Giftbox Wale will not be liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping partner.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your parcel is delivered in damaged packaging, we strongly advise you to record a video while opening the package.
  • Any damage, defect, or missing product must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video evidence.
  • Claims without the required evidence may not be processed.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address including pin code, landmark, and active contact details.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details may lead to delivery failures or delays, for which Giftbox Wale will not be held responsible.
  • Reshipping charges will apply for re-delivery in such cases.

9. Non-Delivery & Returns

  • If a package is returned to Giftbox Wale due to address errors, non-availability, or refusal to accept, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers may request a re-shipment by paying the applicable re-delivery fee.
